This season has seen four of our high flying Colts squad (U17 and U18) gain county honours with Middlesex U18’s. Ethan DAVIES, Seb McGILL, Gabriel ROBERTS and Jamie WILLIAMS all played for Middlesex in their County Championship games in January and February.

Gabriel ROBERTS the Teddington wing was then invited to trial for the London & South East Regional team. He was successful and was then selected to play for the Region in their two Regional Championship games. The first was a 41-12 win against The South West played at London Irish two weeks ago and the second a 44-27 victory against The Midlands played at Warwick School last weekend. Gabriel had a barnstorming second half which saw him score 3 cracking tries. Unfortunately the next step on the ladder which is The England Counties U18 Team is not being run this season, but if all goes well Gabriel will get a further opportunity to progress next season.

Gabriel (pictured here in his London & South East kit) joined Teddington in 2017 and is currently a year 12 (lower 6th form) pupil at Claremont Fan School in Esher.

Teddington Colts is a mixed year 12 and 13 squad who are currently fighting for the Herts and Middlesex Colts league title. They play Tring RFC colts (away) this Sunday and are next at home on Sunday 3rd April when they Play Finchley RFC colts in their final league game of the season. Our colts play a fast style of open rugby and are brilliant to watch. Why not come down and see our future talent in action.
