West London League at London Irish
at their training ground Hazelwood in Lower Sunbury (TW16 6QU)

The first game kicks off at 10:00 so please be at Hazelwood by 9:30 or earlier - parking can be tricky and it is a big site so quite easy to get lost looking for your teammates! When you arrive, please come straight to the U7 playing area and locate the Teddington coaches so we know you are present (or drop Pete a text when you arrive!)

We have been told that we should expect to be complete by 12:00 - 12:30 but the kids will not be playing constantly in that time - expect 4 or 5 games.

We have assumed all players set as Available will be coming so we are aiming to field 6 teams - this allows us somewhere between 24 (6x4) and 36 (6 x 6 with subs) players.

This is our first away fixture and is intended to be fun for the kids (and the parents) - please come along and support our teams enthusiastically and give them all the encouragement they need to enjoy themselves. Snacks and water also help to reward their efforts!
