There will be food provided so be prepared to stay after and support the As as well as having a well earned meal. You will need to wash the Hertfordshire countryside off your bodies after the game, so bring your wash kit and towel. And you will need to change in to trousers/jeans, TRFC Polo shirt and Training Jacket.
