Some of the senior Teddington Colts attended an Adidas Insiders event last season that saw them receiving coaching from a range of internationals including Jack Clifford, Sam Warburton, Manu Tualangi, Jo Launchbury and many more - it was a great day.
We have recently found out that Jack Stockham, last years Colts captain was selected after the event to have another coaching session - this time at his club. Jack has suggested we do this based around the current Colts and any U21s that are available.
Therefore - on Tuesday 13th September we will be having an exclusive coaching session courtesy of Adidas with senior Harlequins players and coaches and this session will be expressly for all current Colts and U21s. This is a rare opportunity for us to have international Quins Players and coaches come to us for an evening. And, as its an Adidas insiders event they will also cover some social media tricks and encourage plenty of selfies - when not carrying a ball! There will also be some prizes doled out during the evening...
It is important we have decent numbers and that you all reply and confirm as there may be further information to send to you prior to the evening. I really hope that you are enjoying the new coaching set up this year (that includes current Quins player Charlie Walker) and can see that with this initiative (thanks to Jack) and low subscriptions with free stash that the club is serious about making ours one of the best Colts set ups in the area.
