Everyone Training @ BP this Sunday, arrive 8.45am for 9.00am start!

U9s Set up duty this Sunday 14th - Thanks to our Volunteers!

Hi All,

A big Thank you to all those I was able to collar last Sunday to volunteer over the coming weeks as I mentioned we can't do this without you :)

This coming Sunday (14th) we are all at Bushy Park for training starting at 9.00am so please arrive by 8.45am and check in with Barry/Dean. This is our week for set up (last of the season) - A Big Thank you to Lucas Searle for standing in as Duty Manager, and those who have volunteered to help (a separate email will come out to you). We have no visitors this week. We expect numbers to be a little lower as a number of you will be away for half-term.

Sunday 21st February – WLDL Festival @ BP

The parents of the children selected for this festival will receive notification shortly. Everyone else will be joint training away at Effingham & Leatherhead RFC, start time 10.00am. We cannot train at BP on this day because all the pitches will be taken for the festival.

As mentioned, if you accept the invitation for your child to play, you will be expected to help out. Our duties for the day are managing the parking and running the U9 control tent. I will sort out a rota and send out shortly. Thanks to those who have so far put their names forward.

Sunday 28th February - C Festival @ BP (organised by U9s)

Watch out for selections from the coaches coming soon. There will be no away training and those not playing encouraged to attend and support those who are playing and help out on set up and manning the U9 Control Tent!
