Please make sure your availability is up to date for upcoming festivals, coaches are meeting this weekend and need to know who is available to select!

In February, Teddington host 3 festivals (One of them organised by U9s - John + Inken, Festival Coordinators) at Bushy Park across consecutive weekends. Every age group is required to help in order to ensure the smooth running of the festivals, so we will all need to step forward in terms of volunteers – most specifically parents from our age group! Please put your names forward!

Sunday 14th February (*half term)
Training at HOME. Start time TBC.
U9s are on Set Up duty. Volunteers required to; set up, assist with catering and close down.

*Titans will be running a Rugby Camp at the club over half term – see attached flyer.

Sunday 21st February (*half term)
Teddington host the WLDL at Bushy Park.
Volunteers required. Each age group required to provide; pitch marshals, first aiders and referees. Those not in Festival at Effingham & Leatherhead RFC for joint training.

Sunday 28th February
Teddington host the Development Festival at Bushy Park.
Volunteers required. U9s will be on set up and break down. Each age group also required to provide; pitch marshals, first aiders and referees. Everyone at BP!
