This Sunday we have a WLDL Festival at Bushy Park, please can you confirm availability asap so we can make additional selections if needed. As mentioned all attending will need to help. We are on parking, manning the U9s Tent and Pitch Marshaling. Please arrive by 8.30am! A separate email will be sent confirming roles.

Sunday 28th February - C Festival @ BP (organised by U9s)
Watch out for selections from the coaches coming soon. There will be no away training and those not playing encouraged to attend and support those who are playing and help out on set up and manning the U9 Control Tent!

IMPORTANT: Minis Tour CONFIRMED:
Tour dates have been confirmed as Friday 29th April to Monday 2nd May at Haven, Devon Cliffs Holiday Park, Sandy Bay, Exmouth, Devon, EX8 5BT - one of the best haven resorts - take a look - it is fantastic!! There will be lots to do + rugby games with local teams, its a great experience and a lot of fun. The cost will be between £100-£115pp. Please can you let Barry or Caroline know if you can/cannot attend so we can provide numbers by the end of this week please. We are still looking for an U9 Tour Rep to liaise with Parents, if you can help please let us know.

If you are attending the Harlequins v Leicester match on Friday 19th Feb, there are a few spaces available for the Guard of Honour, please reply to Gareth if you would like your son or daughter to take part. Please be aware that it will be a first come, first serve basis.

End of Season Dinner + Dance, Kempton Race Course, 7 May
Preparations are well underway for the clubs end of season dinner dance which is being held at Kempton Race Course on Saturday 7th May. There is so much to celebrate in what has been another great season. There is a Champagne reception, 3 course meal and The HotDogs who play regularly at Harlequins RFC return again to bring the house down.
