This Sunday we have a WLDL festival at Ealing and joint training at Twickenham RFC. Ealing has 4G pitches and Twickenham never floods ever, so we hope not to be sending any cancellation emails!

Those players who have been selected for WLDL at Ealing, you will have received an email. Can you please confirm your attendance. We don’t want to turn up and not have enough players. Remember – it is a MIDDAY start! Please arrive at 11:30am to allow enough time to register for a prompt start at noon. Call Dean if you are delayed.

For everyone else, we are at Twickenham RFC. Please meet at 09:30 for a 09:45 start.

England vs Ireland Legends Match at the Stoop – Friday 26th February

Some of us went along to the England vs Wales Legends match back during the World Cup. A really good evening and a great match. The Eng vs Ireland game is on the Friday with the actual Six Nations game on the Saturday. A perfect way to start the weekend! If you buy the tickets using the form attached, then the club gets cash back. One of the parents from U10 is the event organiser. They will also try and get everyone from TRFC in the same stand at the Stoop.

Speed Academy Course - 6 Weeks from Titans Sports Academy @ St Marys University College, Strawberry Hill - Friday evenings

Speed Academy is for any athlete looking to develop in their sport between the ages of 8 - 18. The 6-week course covers correcting biomechanics (sprinting style) to become as efficient as possible.
