As we look towards the 2nd half of the season there is quite a lot to deal with so I’ll cover them in chronological order. For most though, please set your availability on Pitchero as most involve “numbers”!

This Sunday is joint training with Twickenham at their ground in Hampton. It would be good to get an idea of numbers so please update your availability. I might not be there as I’m travelling late Saturday, but Rich and Angus will be running the show…

Sunday 14th – we are hosting WLL so need volunteers for set up, catering and being around to ensure smooth running. Please set availability for this one as we need to decide how many teams to field, and we have the fun of arranging the draw.

Looking further ahead:
Friday February 2nd we have our age group social. It would be good to do something that the kids and parents can enjoy, so thinking about a movie night with some earlier entertainment. It would be really good if someone could take the lead on arranging this! Please let me know!

Weekend of Feb 24th/25th we have a fixture on each day with 4 teams at each. At this point if you could set availability one or other day if you have a preference, or both if you have no preference, then we can work out the teams from there. The fixture on the Saturday is the Quins Community Day at Kneller Hall and is a precursor for their match with Newcastle, for which we can get discounted tickets at £20/£10(kids) – so those playing at the festival could go on to the game (details still sketchy)

Sunday March 4th is the Middlesex Festival and we are hosting a massive U7 event. I will send a separate message about this specifically, but anyone wanting to join the organising committee let me know ASAP!
