All back at Bushy park 9.30 for a 9.45 start.

Hi everyone

We are all back in Bushy park this Sunday on number 1 pitch. On Sunday 29th we are asking for everyone to stay behind after training for lunch and a general chat over a drink. We will come around this Sunday to take orders for next Sunday. Please do your best to save the date.

Minis Tour
March 31st - April 3rd. Please book your tickets at the following link ASAP. We need to pay the tour company the final deposit at the end of this month.

Lions Strength & Conditioning Course
Foundation Strength is starting on the 22nd February and will run once a week for 6 weeks.

We are running FREE TASTER sessions every Saturday up until half term on the 21st, 28th Jan or 4th & 11th Feb from 10am to 11am for 8-12 year olds.

Foundation Strength is a gym based strength, conditioning and performance programme for 8-18 year old's of all abilities.This specialist course has been designed by Strength & conditioning and Sports Rehabilitation professionals to:

· Increase upper and lower body strength & power
· Reduce the chances of injury
· Build confidence
· Increase movement efficiency
· Improve co-ordination

When monitored by professionals, resistance training has proven to very beneficial for youth athletes. Improvements in strength, power and injury resilience and confidence have been observed by parents following a course of Foundation Strength.

All athletes that come through Foundation strength go through a specific and strict criteria using their own body weight before they can progress to lifting weights in the gym.
