We are all at Udney Park Sports Ground (where we have Friday training) this Sunday for home training, please plan to arrive at 9.15am for a 9.30am start. Please car share where you can as very limited parking.

We are looking for social volunteers to help organise a social before the end of the year please help!

Also if you'd like to be a first aider (this is a great life skill!) we have a course running this Saturday with a last minute free place (9-4 at Udney) and a few places still on the 25th November - they are great courses and would really help out our age group, please let me or Suzanne know if your interested ASAP.

Lions Academy are running a rugby camp over the half term (23-25th, 9.00-4.00pm). Sign up here .
