Teddington RFC Mini's - weekly round up

Dear Antler-
Hopefully you enjoyed last Sunday at Bushy Park, it was great to see the BBQ so busy in the sunshine.

This Sunday will be slightly busier as we welcome London Scottish for Joint Training
I want to quickly highlight a few things before we start to go our separate ways as age groups on the 30th September at our first away festivals at Chobham and Cobham. (This weekend will be your last opportunity to buy club kit for these)

Given the recent good weather the pitches remain very hard and dry, this increases the risk of injury particularly in the older age groups. No1 pitch has been particularly badly affected and therefore this weekend it has been agreed that no “contact rugby” will be allowed on this pitch across the different sections of the club this weekend. Therefore we have switched a couple of the age groups around across the pitches to accommodate this.

As we enter our fourth weekend, please ensure you have paid your membership for the season. The money is critical to support the running of the club but more importantly by joining your child is properly registered with the RFU which is critical in terms of insurance and safety. It’s also not fair to our Team Managers and Coaches to keep chasing you for non-payment!

Thanks for reading and going forwards I’ll leave you in the capable hands of your respective age groups in terms of weekly updates.

See you on Sunday
James
