With half of the season complete we already have one eye on how we develop the club and recruit and retain more players. it’s been identified that probably the most important team to develop a successful and sustainable future for the club is our 2nd XV. The 2’s currently has some keen and enthusiastic players with a broad range of skills anbd experience, but it lacks a bit of week in week out leadership and direction. We are therefore looking to appoint ASAP a 2nd XV manager/coach. The main responsibilities of the post will most importantly involve looking after the 2nd XV on a Saturday afternoon (before, during and after the game). The manager will also have input into team selection and coaching and will work alongside the clubs Head Coach Ben Pegna.
