Jack Stockham, last year’s Teddington Colts captain (aged 19), was selected as the winner of the Adidas Insiders competition earlier this year and his prize was a training session for his team taken by members of Harlequins coaching staff and some of their Premiership stars.

The hour long training session took place last week at The Teddington Training ground at Udney Park Road. The session for the current Teddington Colts team, plus some players from last years vintage was hosted by the Teddington Colts coaches and also Harlequins coaches Warren Abrahams and Graham Rowntree.

The 21 enthusiastic Teddington players had a fantastic training session, which included running through various drills with Quins stars Jack Clifford, Marland Yarde and GB 7's Silver Medal winner Tom Mitchell. The session was filmed by Adidas and has since been widely distributed on The Quins Youtube channel and all sorts of social media.

Graham Rowntree enjoyed himself so much that he's even agreed to come back to Teddington to take a session for our Senior Mens squad in the very near future.

Teddington have a long and close relationship with Harlequins, as we are one of their premier community clubs and we already have the privilege of weekly coaching input from Quins winger Charlie Walker, who is one of the coaching team for our senior mens squad.
