The Teddington RFC Mini’s Tour is one of the many highlights of the season and hopefully this year’s tour will continue that proud tradition. It really is a family affair, for both parents, and player’s siblings of all ages are welcome.

The tour will take place from Friday 31st March - Sunday 2nd April in Dorset.

This year we are returning to Dorset for the same festivals as 2022, which were excellent last year, but will be in new accommodation at the fantastic PGL Osmington Bay, right on Durdle Door beach! This is one of PGL’s biggest centres with superb facilities and a range of organised activities (e.g. abseiling, archery and zip wires) for the players which we will arrange around the rugby.

Tourists make their own way down to Osmington Bay on the Friday. Car-sharing is highly encouraged to save cost and the environment. We have organised Rugby festivals at Oakmeadians RFC in Bournemouth on the Saturday and Lychett Minster RFC on Sunday. Activities will be arranged for evening and daytime around the rugby, enabling parents to socialise and the players to have a great time.

The cost is £200 per person (which is higher than last year) and this includes:
• 2 nights’ accommodation in modern mainly* 4-birth rooms, all with en-suite facilities.
• All meals - hot and cold meals with vegetarian options, packed lunches for the rugby festivals**
• Daytime/evening activities lead by qualified PGL instructors.
• Festival entry/All rugby arrangements, prizes/medals and awards.
• Coach transport between Osmington bay and the rugby festival at Oakmeadians RFC on Saturday.
• A commemorative tour hoody.
• Fully licensed bar and live music.

* Our room allocation is 90% 4-bed rooms but includes 2 x 6 bed rooms and a few twins. All rooms are en-suite. Bedding is not provided so pillows, sleeping bags and towels need to be brought from home.
** Starts with evening meal on your arrival day and the following day, breakfast on both mornings and lunch on both days (packed lunch can be provided on festival days).

We cannot manage ‘live’ availability via Pitchero so it is possible members might purchase tour places AFTER we have already run out of capacity. If this happens you will be offered the option of being waitlisted in case we get a drop out/extra beds OR a full refund.

We will be reviewing availability daily during the booking window and will withdraw age-group products once they sell out. Families should book according to their eldest child.

You will need to pay the balance (£100pp) by the 18th December 2022.
