By popular demand we're going back to BUTLINS BOGNOR! Nearly 100 tourists already booked in.

Don't we normally book tour in September?
We are sharing these details now because many returning clubs are already snapping up the first choice of rooms and we don't want you to miss out. We believe there will still be availability in September but it might not be your preferred standard of room.
What is the booking process
You book whatever room type you want (via a link we will provide) directly with Butlins and then the club will collect a separate payment later for your tour hoodie etc. The rugby festival is included in the price of your room.
What about meals?
There are various meal packages you can choose when you are doing the booking although you don't have to do a meal package there are lots of dining options on site or you can bring your own food too.
Hoodies/other costs?
There are a few other minor costs to cover including hoodies. We'll arrange to take this around Feb/Mar, exact amount will depend on fund raising/sponsorship but should be around £20-40pp.
