Lions Sports Academy Transition Camp @ Teddington RFC

Lions Sports Academy are running a Prepare for Contact/Transition to Contact course for U9-U11 age groups at the beginning of September.

The Prepare for Contact course will run on 2nd and 3rd of September and is a non-contact camp designed to increase fitness and confidence, prepare for contact and develop rugby skills with an underlying focus on reducing the chances of injury in preparation for the new season.

The Transition to Contact course is on the 8th September after regular training at 12pm. All players will develop their full contact skills and build their confidence around the new rules of play.
