After a tough Cup campaign, which saw Teddington battle it out to tight wins in both the quarters and semis, Antlers face Romford, a side who they used to play regularly until the leagues were rejigged in recent seasons.

Both sides are finishing positive league campaigns currently and with Romford having won this title last season, the final is set to be a hugely competitive clash and hopefully a great advert for women’s rugby at this level.
