The club has a strong tradition of touring, but we have'nt left these shores since our trip to California in 2007. In 2016 the club will be embarking on another grand tour, once again crossing the pond, but this time to Texas, the rugby, cowboy, partying and steak capital of the USA. The 10 day tour in spring 2016 will depart on Friday 27th May and return on Sunday 1st June, or early on Monday 2nd June. Because we love our teachers this will be during the State School half term and for everyone else also includes the Spring Bank Holiday Monday (30th May).

The tour will take in the cities of Dallas, San Antonio and Austin. There will of course be two matches for the men and two for the Ladies, plus loads of fantastic excursions (horse riding, rafting, shooting, tickets for an All American sports fixture etc etc) and you’ll even get a bit of free time too. The temperature will be hot, the beer cold and the steaks huge. The total cost will be £1,600. The tour is open to all paid up members of the club and your securing deposit of £100 per person must be paid by 31st December 2014.
As usual this will be a mixed tour with the Antlers men and Ladies teams touring together. Plus our fantastic supporters, Old Deers and Crinkly Corner.

One Lump or three You can pay your £100 deposit now or at the very latest by 31st December 2014. You can pay it via the club website (online payment page) or by cheque, cash or card payment to me at the club. A further payment of £500 will be required by 31st May 2015 and the balance will need to be paid by the end of March 2016.

Spread the load – Hassle free monthly payments To spread the total cost (including the deposit) evenly over 16 months you can select to pay £100 per month for 16 months. The first payment will be taken from your account on 29th December 2014 and the last on 29th March 2016. You can sign up for this monthly payment scheme via the online payment page of the club website.
