4x volunteers on set-up: see Dean on arrival (cones, bins, pads)
2x volunteers as car parking marshalls: see Caroline on arrival
5x pitch marshalls: see Barry on arrival (prompt teams on/off pitch and be on-time)
6x volunteers in the club-house: see Sarah on arrival (help with bacon/sausages)
5x first aiders: Susanne is our age group lead and will be contacting our first aiders

Please can all volunteers arrive by 8.15am. Visiting clubs will be arriving between 8.30-9.00am, coaches briefing at 9.15am and the festival will start at 9.30am and finish at 11.30am.

Please can children arrive by 9.00am and check in with Dean or Barry on arrival. Teams have been picked for this Sunday but if there are any changes can you let Dean know asap via our Whatsapp group.

Friday night training - please let Dean know if you plan to go to Friday night training as we are checking numbers to see if we will be going ahead.

U11 Film Night, 1 December - can everyone pay who has reserved a ticket + anyone who'd like to go please see Kathryn to pick up a ticket.
