There will be a very warm welcome awaiting you at Ruislip for the Under 10’s festival. On site we will have catering for bacon and sausage rolls, burgers, teas, coffees etc. A ‘Tuck shop will also be available and the bar will be open from 12.15 and we are anticipating some considerate weather!!
Parking
There are 3 main parking options for those visiting Ruislip RFC on Sunday 13th March for the Under 10 Middlesex Festival. The roads surrounding Ruislip RFC are all residential and very busy, highly populated, with a large concentration of vehicles on a Sunday morning.
PLEASE BE CONSIDERATE OF OUR NEIGHBOURS AND ADHERE TO THE FOLLOWING REQUESTS.
A) The main car park will be first come, first served and open from 08.15.
Ruislip Rugby Club, The Club House, West End Road, Ruislip, HA4 6DR
This will be charged at £5 to support costs of the festival, and a programme will be provided. The festival will start playing games by 09.45 am. If you would like to have access earlier than 08.15 please state this in an email.
This will also be charged at £5 with a programme provided. Access to the club is very easy through a gate directly on to the club grounds and pitches. This car park will be available from 08.15.
For A & B there will be supervisors on site to support the parking arrangements.
C) Ruislip Station Car Park, Station Approach, Ruislip, HA4 8LD
There is extremely limited parking and significant traffic in and around the public highways surrounding the club. Our advice is to use the car park at Ruislip Station. This is a 10 minute walk from the club is accessible 24/7 and is pay and display.
Under no circumstances will anyone be able to park in ‘Pond Green’
