Registration: 9.30am
Coaches and Managers Briefing: – 09.30am Kick Off: – 10.00am
All age groups will finish at approx. 2.00pm. But please check our website (www.liarfc.co.uk) for any late updates, especially if the weather turns!
PARKING:
Ample parking for the festival is available at Hazelwood.
All visitors should park at Hazelwood in the main car park & the overflow car park to the right-hand side of the club. The postcode for sat navs for Hazelwood is TW16 6QU.
Our club is in a residential area and we are considerate of our impact. Please do not park on nearby residential streets. Please ensure that you only park as directed.
CHANGING FACILITIES:
We regret that due to the large number of visiting teams, changing facilities will not be available.
CATERING:
There will be a wide range of food and drinks available on the day. Food will be served from approx. 8.30am until the end of the festival.
DOGS:
As much as we love them, we’re afraid dogs are not allowed in the club grounds.
PRESENTATIONS:
Trophies for all age groups will be awarded end of the tournament. We hope to have a special guest to help us present the awards.
