This is friendly and there we are taking an extended squad to look at new combinations. This means that there is likely to be slightly longer periods on the touch line. Bring a warm coat and hat.
Additionally bring your TRFC polo Shirt and Jacket, a clean pair of trousers/jeans and clean pair of shoes for after the game, when their is likely to be food. In order to eat any food you will need to have wash any accumulated dirt off so remember towel, soap and shampoo (and any hair products for the backs), as well as clean underwear.
DO NOT EAT WITH HALF OF THE RUGBY PITCH UNDER YOUR NAILS!
