Teddington have bolstered their women’s coaching team for the coming season with the addition of four new faces.

This season will be as tough as ever with a number of new teams promoted into the league and this mix of experience in our coaching ranks will be a real positive.
- Ali Donnelly

Ali Donnelly continues her role as Head Coach while Kieran Power stays involved as a support coach on a guest session basis having made such a positive impact last season.

Also joining the set-up are Danny Kenny (attack coach) who is a professional player at London Scottish, having previously represented Munster and London Irish, and Nicole Kwee, an ex-Dutch professional player who joins as a player coach from Richmond. She will also coach the Teddington Girls Junior section this season.

The ladies have also added a strength and conditioning coach to their ranks with Jay Keeley joining from St Mary’s, where he brings his academic knowledge along with his experience of coaching athletes  to the team.

Ali Donnelly said: “We are almost a month into pre-season and our new coaching team has been working very well together. Having a dedicated conditioning coach will be hugely beneficial to the team, while the knowledge and insight from the professional game from Danny and Nicole will be vital. We are also delighted to continue to work with Kieran Power, who brings massive knowledge as a professional coach, especially to our pack.
