For all those Elderly Antlers and Old Deers who thought their playing careers were well and truly behind them. Fear not, there is a new format of rugby coming to Teddington RFC which might be right up your street.

Walking Touch Rugby is specifically designed at retired players over the age of 50, who would love to throw a rugby ball around again, but maybe some of their pace isn't quite what it used to be.

If we have enough interest, we'll run a taster session on a Sunday morning at Bushy Park, followed by some traditional post Rugby refreshments in the bar.
