Further to my email and news story earlier in the week I just wanted to give you all the heads up re the important dates for the Teddington Mini Tour 2017.

1) Please book your places for the tour by the 14th February. This ensures we get the right accommodation on the park and can plan who goes where before the tour operator meets Bunn Leisure at the end of February.
2) By the end of Feb we also need to know how many teams from each age group are to be entered into the festival

A couple of questions that have come up:

1) What about girls - as it doesn't state anything on the MI tour site. Girls are welcome in all age groups
2) Why has the price gone up from £80-£90 to £120? The tour has generally been around £120 per head. The £80 - £90 is what we are paying the tour company for the accommodation and access to festival. We then have to cover the tour tops, an evening BBQ and coach travel (if required). The club has already paid 10% deposit for 200 places and at £120 per head is only breaking even which is the aim.
3) What about small children (siblings) - under 4's go free but on request to the club. Please contact your tour age group rep or myself.
4) Coach travel? As the tour is local this year and all transport between park and festival is included we have requested as part of the booking if you require transport from Teddington to Chichester on a coach. As soon as we have determine if a coach is required we'll provide further info re timings etc.

Please help me by booking your places asap as it really helps the club pay the deposits towards the event.
