Rupert Deane joins as head coach and brings with him a wealth of experience. He is a current Community Rugby Coach for the RFU, covering South Middlesex, and has been coaching rugby for a number of years at clubs, schools and universities. He is a former coach for Southampton University Women’s team and has held coaching roles at Trojans and Hampshire and played for Teddington for over ten years.

Mark Tampin, a professional rugby player with Championship side Ealing, joins as assistant coach, specialising in the forwards, and he too brings with him fantastic experience. He was the head coach of the Jersey women's team last season while playing with Jersey's pro team, taking the team through a vital period of rebuilding. He has held coaching roles previously with Sheffield Tigers, Pontefract, and Leeds University and has played for Rotherham Titans and Leeds/Yorkshire Carnegie.

In other changes, Ali Donnelly, the head coach for the past five seasons, takes on the role of Director of Rugby for the women's section, which once again next season will include two adult women's teams competing in two competitive leagues.

Steph Giles, a current player with the ladies team, will take on a new role as a development coach, assisting with the running and coaching of the development team.

Teddington Ladies chairwoman Sarah Edwards said: "We are thrilled to bring in a team of new coaches to take Teddington forward next season. Both Rupert and Mark bring with them a huge amount of experience and enthusiasm, and we are excited about what they will add to the team next year. Steph will be a great addition to supporting our development team and with Ali staying involved as Director of Rugby, this is a great team for Teddington next season."
