The Minis 2015 Tour to Sussex is set to be once again THE event at Teddington RFC this year. Touring is one of the highlights of the calendar and from what we've seen in the past, the highlight of many other Teddington parents and players too!

The aim of this page is to provide you with all the information on the tour, if anything is missing or you have any questions please contact your age group rep who will be more than happy to help.

Dates: Friday 27th - Monday 30th March
Location: Combe Haven holiday village Hastings
Price: £100 per person, adult or child are the same. Includes all transport to and from Sussex, Intra-site transport, luxury accommodation, souvenir tour shirt, Sunday lunch at Eastbourne RFC for the children and bags of fun and memories … that stay on tour.
Accommodation Once again we are very very lucky this year to be staying at the Combe Haven holiday park. The holiday park is situated in Hastings and has some great onsite facilities which have been refurbished for 2015. Accommodation is spread over 33 x 3 bedroom deluxe caravans. These sleep a maximum of 8.

How do I book my place on the tour?
Through the clubs website pay online by clicking on the following link.
1. Please ensure you tag yourself first, answer all the questions then click buy. Then click "buy it again" for the next tourist in your group.
2. Repeat step one removing yourself as the tagged member and adding child 1, answer all the questions then click buy. Then click "buy it again" if there are more than two of you going.
3. Repeat step 1 for each tourist in your group. Make sure that each person is tagged.

What's the payment & registration deadline?
ASAP! Places will go fast.

How many places are available?
There are only 260 places are available across all age groups with a guide of 35 parents and children per group. Depending on the demand from U6 and the U12s who are off to Toulouse for the coming age tour I will adjust numbers accordingly. Every year there is huge demand with 269 tourists last year being a record. We can book more caravans if required however I need to know ASAP so please dont hang about making a decision.

16:30 Coaches depart (promptly) (tour theme to be confirmed)
19:00 Arrive at Haven holiday village
19:30 Welcome speech by Minis Chairman
20:00 Free time / age group cheese + wine party / early night …

Saturday 28th March
10.00 Morning rugby to be confirmed
17:00 Coaches depart for Eastbourne RFC
18.00 All tourists arrive at Eastbourne RFC in fancy dress (tour theme TBC)
19:00 Food served and entertainments commence
21:00 Coaches commence staged departure shuttle

Sunday 29th March
09.00 Coaches depart for Eastbourne RFC
10:00 Matches commence
12:00 Matches end
12:30 Post match hospitality (children’s food included)
13:30 Coaches game vs Eastbourne RFC XV
15:00 Tour Court
16:00 Coaches depart for Haven holiday village
