We have secured 450 tickets at £15 for adults and £5 for juniors (+2.9% handling fee) in the Lower Tier for Teddington RFC as well as a limited amount of tickets at the same price in the Upper Tier for Harlequins Big Game 8 against Gloucester.

However, under 8s and younger age groups are NOT allowed in the Upper Tier at Twickenham Stadium as per the new Rugby Football Union’s Ground Regulations and Ticketing Terms & Conditions, thereby dictating how we allocate our club tickets.

Therefore, for this year’s Big Game 8, organisers will be allocating tickets based on age groups.

On the payment form you will see that there are two drop down fields – one for your Lower Tier attendees and one for your Upper Tier attendees. Please ensure that you fill in the boxes correctly, depending on how many of each age group will be attending.

We realise that Big Game is an opportunity for everyone at the club to get as many people coming along to support Harlequins or Gloucester as possible and to have a fantastic day out at Twickenham Stadium. Therefore, as well as your club members, we warmly welcome any extras that want to attend the game including family, friends etc. However, please remember to include them in your allocations especially if there are any parties who have members that are under the age limit and therefore will need to go into the Lower Tier.

Generally, tickets will be allocated so that the age groups U7s and U8s are located in the Lower Tier and the age groups U9s, U10s, U12s, U14s etc. are located in the Upper Tier. Please note however that this is subject to availability and we cannot guarantee that this will be the case every time.

It is in your own interest to make sure that the ages of the people attending are correct as to the best of your knowledge when entering your allocation on the booking form. This is due to the fact that, following consultation with the RFU, they have tightened their policy regarding the age limit of children in the Upper Tier. By verifying the ages of children attending, the organisers are more able to make sure that they can avoid any issues on the day which could be detrimental to your enjoyment of Big Game 8.

Orders must be received by Friday 16th October at the latest. We cannot guarantee that any payment received after this date will be located in the Community clubs allocation nor can we guarantee that they will be within the £15/£5 price range. All tickets must be paid via gocardless. We are not excepting cash, cheque of bank transfer to the large number of tickets being sold.
