Firstly thanks to all of you that have purchased their Big Game 9 tickets through the club – an incredible 525 tickets were sold. When we recently met with the Harlequins Community Team they were in awe of how many tickets we were able to sell in a relatively short time.

Sorry for the radio silence, but I’ve been waiting for Quins to confirm to me when the tickets will be printed & sent to me – I’ve finally had it confirmed that will be with me by the end of this week. Please find below all the information you’ll need for ticket collection, logistics for the day itself & some other information;

Ticket Collection:

I will be in the clubhouse this Sunday from 09:00-13:00 for you to collect your tickets. Please make sure you have paid as per the instructions sent out on your order confirmation mail – tickets will NOT be released to those that haven’t paid. We can take cash\card payment on Sunday if this is easier for you than an online transfer.

Tickets have been grouped together where requested.

For those that are unable to get to the clubhouse this Sunday please can you ask someone else to collect on your behalf - this will be the only chance to collect your tickets.

Game Day Logistics:

Kick-off: 16:00
Seating Area: South Lower – Block L34 (Entrance through West Stand Lion Gate)

Due to the size of our contingent, Quins are unable to provide a meeting area for us at the Stoop so for those who would like to meet ahead of the game we will be doing so at Twickenham Stadium in the West Stand Village. Quins\Twickenham lay on activities for the children to take part in as well as plenty of bars\food outlets. There is normally a large Guinness Bar in the back corner of the village opposite the West Stand Lion Gate – I will be around there from 14:00.

We are taking over half of the L34 block on the day so can I please ask those that have Teddington Kit to wear it to promote & show support for the club. This will also double up in helping those to meet up before the game in the West Village. U9 Team playing on the pitch @ Half Time:

A lucky group of our U9 boys have been invited by Quins to play on the hallowed HQ turf during the half time interval – Please stick around at half time to get behind them! - (Logistics for this will be managed separately by James Olsen & the U9’s coaches).
