Women's rugby is a fantastic sport for getting fit and meeting new people. With regular socials and a yearly tour you're guaranteed to have an amazing time! Our experienced coaching staff will be there to guide your development, improve fitness and encourage you every step of the way.

This session will run for 90 minutes and is aimed at beginners or players who want to return to the game or join a new club. Just turn up and have fun!
