The Antlers Ladies are presented with their championship trophy after an unbeaten league season

Today at Bushy Park The Teddington Ladies were presented with the league championship trophy by Paul Astbury from Middlesex RFU. Even though they had just played at Twickenham Stadium in a tournament there was no issues for captain Penny Carr and Head coach Ali Donnelly getting the squad showered and changed and back to Bushy Park in time for the official presentation..

It's been a fantastic season for the Antlers Ladies, which has included not only winning the National Challenge League (1 SW) title by winning all ten games, but also saw them reach the semi final of the National Junior Cup and also put out a 2nd XV for the first time in the clubs history. The semi final being played at Kingsholm, the home of Gloucester Rugby and the very first Ladies match ever to be played on the hallowed turf. And to top it off they also got to play at Twickenham stadium this afternoon.

The Ladies are already preparing for next season, when they hope to keep their foot on the accelerator and bring further success to the club. The Ladies won't be resting on their laurels; Coming up there's a host of early summer 7 tournaments, followed by summer fitness training and then a full on pre-season schedule. New players of all standards and abilities are always very welcome come down to join us.

The whole club sends hearty congratulations to The 'workaholic' Ladies Chair Sarah Edwards; The 'dedicated' Head Coach Ali Donnelly; The 'inspirational' Team Captain Penny Carr and every one of The 'Fantastic' Teddington Ladies team.....Celebrate hard. You all deserve it.
