A NIGHT WITH THE PROS

We are pleased to announce that we will be having two professional athletes join us for a one off special. As a part of the Titans Family you have been awarded priority to sign on to this fantastic opportunity. We now only have 10 spaces remaining!

The session will cost £40 and includes an interactive training experience with the professional athletes and some specialist training from our Titans Speed coaches. This will take place at St. Mary's University Athletics track and we have booked out the café overlooking the track.

The night will include an opportunity to work alongside two top British athletes. Specialist Speed training will be delivered by our coaches using proven methods to advance the biomechanics of Speed, Power, Acceleration and Agility.

Speed Academy consists of professional standard Brower Timing Gates for speed testing giving a reading to 1000th of a second, Titans Power Bands to increase force exsurgtion, individualised exercises, use of specialist equipment and a great environment to be training in.

Parents, we invite you to join us in the café where we have put on teas and coffees, other beverages will also be on offer. We urge you to ask any questions you have about Speed Academy you will also be in a prime location overlooking the track where the athletes will be training.

We have organised both a Photographer and a Videographer to capture the evening these photos will be made available on Facebook.

After the hour on the track the we will have thirty minutes of Q&A with the Pro's in the café where we invite you to ask questions and take photos / get autographs from the pair.
