On Friday 20th March Teddington RFC hosted a sell-out gala dinner to raise funds for the club and to celebrate the end of The 6 Nations rugby tournament. With club members from across all sections it was a lively and fun evening. Our guest of honour was Conor O’Shea the Harlequins Director of Rugby and former Ireland and London Irish fullback.

After a delicious four course 6 nations themed dinner Conor took to the floor to draw the raffle and then open himself up for a question and answer session, with no questions being off limits. He gave some fantastic and humorous insights into his life of rugby, which of course included his views on the current 6 Nations championship, life at Quins and tales from his time as a player.

With our new clubhouse open and in full swing we are planning lots more exciting events before, during and after the Rugby World Cup later this year.
