Teddington Ladies welcome players of all ages, abilities and strengths – it doesn’t matter if you have never even played before. We have our own coach and train on Monday and Wednesday nights in Bushy Park from 7.30pm – 9pm. Each week varies with a range of training sessions including fitness, skills, teambuilding, tackle and match practice and sometimes a friendly game of touch. We play in the National Challenge South East 1 League with matches on Sundays.
