This rugby camp run at the club by Lions Sports Academy will include training techniques specific to your child's age group as well as youth resistance training, speed training and of course having lot's of fun throughout!! Please see the details below.

What to bring: Packed lunch, water bottle, warm clothing and a gumshield (U9 and above).
