Welcome to the First Aid and Physiotherapy section at Teddington RFC. We are your first-aid coordinators (l-r: Steff - seniors; Nicky - seniors; Paul - juniors; Rachel - minis)
Here you will find access to important advice and documentation. If you are a Club First Aider and are responsible for a team or an age group please do read the First Aid Procedures and familiarise yourself with Concussion advice and after care. Please regularly check this area, as documents and procedure advice may change.
First Aid courses will be held at the clubhouse on Tuesday evenings at 7.30pm on 25th August, 22nd September, 10th November and 26th January 2016. These will enable you all to all have the most recent up to date knowledge and refresh your skill. If you would like to become a Club First Aider and have no previous experience you will need to do 2 of these courses.
Details on how to book a course will follow

Steff Hill BSc (Hons) GSR - Club Sport Rehabilitator & Senior First Aid Coordinator
For those of you who have not met me before I am Steff. I originally came to Teddington RFC on one of my university placements in 2010. Despite getting, muddy, cold and soaked most weeks, I was thrilled when Antlers asked me to stay on be part of the Teddington RFC set up. I predominately work with the Men First XV, but also offer weekly treatment sessions for the whole Men’s Section. I am also the Senior First Aid Coordinator, please do come and find me if you have any questions about First Aid Training/Kits or if you just want to say hello! I am looking forward to another challenging but hopefully successful season with the Men’s First XV this year. Go Antlers!
Treatment sessions are held between The Clubhouse and St Mary's, every Wednesday Evening from 5.30-8.30pm. This session is open to the whole Men’s Section and the Juniors Section by appointment.
To arrange a treatment slot please contact Steff Hill: email@example.com
Nicky Corr BSc (Hons) GSR - Club Sport Rehabilitator
Hi I’m Nicky,
Having travelled from my home in Ireland to study Sports Rehabilitation at Middlesex University in Hendon; I have found myself fortunate to find a second family working with the Ladies Section at Teddington Rugby Club. It is a second home with about 45 sisters, but fortunately I manage to get a word or two in… sometimes. I have been working with the Ladies for the last two years and have enjoyed every minute. I am responsible for providing pitch side support at their home and away matches, I also offer treatment sessions during the week to aid their recovery from injury and to enable the club to field the strongest team possible each week. I am looking forward to another tough yet hopefully successful season with the ladies again this year. Go Antlers!!!
Treatment Sessions are held at The Clubhouse, every Thursday Evening from 5.30-8.30pm. This session is open to both the Ladies Section and the Juniors Section by appointment.
To arrange a treatment slot please contact Nicky Corr:
Paul Roach - firstname.lastname@example.org
I’m a parent of a current U17 player who has been with the club since the u6’s. I’m useless at rugby but I decided I could make a contribution by being a first aider.
I somehow managed to become first aid coordinator for the juniors and minis section but now just look after the juniors following a reorganisation.
Rachel Cook - email@example.com
'Hi, my name's Rachel and I'm a mum of 2 boys in the minis (U7's & U9's).
I'm not a 'professional' first aider but felt, with 2 rugby playing boys, I should know the basics so volunteered to do my bit.
Please do join me if you feel the same as we need as many volunteers as possible. All training is provided we just need your enthusiasm! I'm around most weekends so stop me pitch side if you have any questions or contact me through this site.
