First Aid & Physiotherapy

First Aid & Physiotherapy

Welcome to the First Aid and Physiotherapy section at Teddington RFC. We are your first-aid coordinators (l-r: Emma - seniors & Ladies; Paul - juniors; Rachel - minis)

Here you will find access to important advice and documentation. If you are a Club First Aider and are responsible for a team or an age group please do read the First Aid Procedures and familiarise yourself with Concussion advice and after care. Please regularly check this area, as documents and procedure advice may change.

First Aid courses will be held at the clubhouse on DATES TBA. These will enable you all to all have the most recent up to date knowledge and refresh your skill. If you would like to become a Club First Aider and have no previous experience you will need to do 2 of these courses.

Details on how to book a course will follow

Rachel, Paul & Emma.

Paul Roach - juniorfirstaid@teddingtonrfc.co.uk

I’m a parent of a current U17 player who has been with the club since the u6’s. I’m useless at rugby but I decided I could make a contribution by being a first aider.

I somehow managed to become first aid coordinator for the juniors and minis section but now just look after the juniors following a reorganisation.

Rachel Cook - minisfirstaid@teddingtonrfc.co.uk

'Hi, my name's Rachel and I'm a mum of 2 boys in the minis (U7's & U9's).

I'm not a 'professional' first aider but felt, with 2 rugby playing boys, I should know the basics so volunteered to do my bit.

Please do join me if you feel the same as we need as many volunteers as possible. All training is provided we just need your enthusiasm! I'm around most weekends so stop me pitch side if you have any questions or contact me through this site.
